Job Responsibilities :

- This role involves designing documents and validation of data according to the standard templates defined by the organization. Editing documents that contain the client-specific information and making them generic. Creating workflow process documentation for in-house clients.

- You will work with the various stakeholders to understand their data and ideas and help convey them in a professional way by transforming them into clear, compelling, highly accurate, and visually attractive presentations in PowerPoint and other output methods. This means, making the complicated business topics clear through business presentations that are easy to understand for the brain and are visually pleasing to the eye as well.

- On a daily basis, you will need to problem-solve on which graph is the most appropriate for specific data stories, which framework to use to make the slide good-looking, and how to make information engaging, informative, and compelling.

- Another typical challenge in the role is understanding the instructions from the stakeholders, sometimes they can be very complex and/or complicated and incomplete as well. In such cases, the key is to use your analytical, logical, and comprehension skills to break them down into simple parts that can be easily executed.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

- Excellent communication skills. A skilled communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills in leading teams and establishing beneficial relationships with client

- Well-versed in the principles of strong Design and an expert in PowerPoint.

- Flair for creativity and ability to improvise visual representation of content in PowerPoint with a skillset and a mindset to understand and present data within an aesthetically pleasing visual context.

- Good understanding of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and some designing tools (InDesign, Adobe Photoshop).

- Attention to detail, to be able to identify discrepancies in content and ensuring accuracy and consistency in design and structure.

- Ability to assess, prioritize and manage workload.

- Excellent standard of the English language, and ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.

- Well-developed organizational skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
