General Manager - Ops
4 PM to 1 AM IST(US shifts)
I. Position Summary -
Operations lead to manage a team of nurses and Pharmacists performing clinical services.
II. Key Result Areas -
- Manage a team of atleast 150 nurses and pharmacists
- Willing to work in night shifts and move to US healthcare domain
- Responsible for client management, people management, training, finance and budget management
- Should work closely with the team to understand their clinical knowledge gaps and provide necessary guidance and training whenever required
- Should work closely with the client and should be able to talk the clinical language during the discussions with them
- Should work on process improvements in the field of clinical processes
III. Typical Responsibilities -
Relevant Experience : Mention areas\specialization\years of experience
- Atleast 15 years of relevant BPS experience
- Have strong clinical knowledge
- Experience in working in BPS industry - preferably US healthcare industry
- Good knowledge of US healthcare industry
Business / Customer - US health insurance company
Project/Process - Clinical services process
People / Team - Manage a team of atleast 150 nurses and pharmacists
IV. Degree of Independence/Supervision required
- Should be able to perform the activities relatively with minimal supervision
V. Team Management Responsibilities (wherever applicable)-
Direct Reports: Service Delivery Managers
Team Size : 150
VI. Qualification:
Education: Minimum clinical graduate - Nurse, Doctor or Pharmacist
