Key Tasks for this Role :
DGM must be able to self-drive all activities of the key tasks of Risk Framework :
Governance :
- Coordinating meetings on a monthly basis attended by Senior Management to discuss on Key risk issues and also areas with potential risks and mitigating controls. Recording the minutes of meeting, creating action plans and monitor the action points with responsible owners and follow - up on the same till the issue is close out to the satisfaction.
Operational Risk Management :
- To Perform Risk reviews and assist team in Validation of all Control Objectives and respective Control Standards for the existing processes off shored on periodic basis.
- To coordinate with Tool Developers and assist in designing of the tools as per Clients requirement.
- To conduct training to users on Risk Assessment tools.
- To ensure Self-Assessment of controls activity is performed across all delivery teams on regular basis.
- To ensure Quality reporting on Risk Assessment tools on monthly basis.
Compliance :
- Conducting periodic internal reviews/audits across ODC's to ensure compliance procedures are followed and tracking the closure of observations.
- Incident Management/Losses Management: Investigation & Documentation of Compliance issues/Losses and designing Action Plans and monitoring action plans to ensure the required actions are closed within agreed period.
Audits :
- To coordinate with enabled services and delivery teams across all ODC's and ensure timely submission of data to Auditors.
- To perform Quality checks on Reports prepared and submitted by the team to Auditors and ensure all the Reports are 100% accurate.
- To coordinate with the Auditors and provide them with the required documentation.
Others :
- To assist in preparation of Client Presentations, and assist in new business proposals
- To handle all the escalations
- Line management and talent management
- Ensure that the team is supervised, supported, motivated and developed to provide continuity including succession planning.
- Ensure that team members have individual and appropriate objectives and development plans in place that the objectives and plans are monitored and adjusted as appropriate, that prompt feedback is given and support and coaching provided as and when required.

- Enabled Service Teams

- Professional Qualifications and Personality As a minimum it is expected:
A Postgraduate :
- The preferred candidate will have a Risk & Compliance with preferably Legal background having experience in a Company.
- Basic online, technology/internet is a prerequisite.
- The candidate must have excellent operational abilities including operational risk assessment capabilities as well as the experience to assess the appropriateness of control procedures.
- Experience in leading team will be a requirement. People skills enabling constructive team leadership, liaison with the Delivery teams and on-shore team and interface with colleagues are a prerequisite.
Personality :

Knowledge and Experience Profile :
- We envisage this person to be at Manager/Senior Manager Level.
- Ten years team management or supervisory experience
- Experience managing teams in a demanding and challenging environment.
