Life Insurance Consulting | min 14+ yrs exp

JD :

- Should have had 15+ years of experience in consulting for Insurance Industry

- Should have sold and executed Life Insurance consulting assignments across various environments / continents

- Preferable to have experience in the Life Insurance Industry

- Preferable to have executed consulting engagements in the Life domain

- Experience across Group benefits, Retirement / pensions would be an added advantage

- PG / professional degree would be preferred

- Expected to run a sub-practice under the Insurance consulting group . Understand market needs, develop POVs, lead and mentor a team of consultants and BAs, Sell and deliver consulting engagements in the area of responsibility

- MBA from premier B school is preferred. Big 4 exp would be an added advantage.
