Manager (3-6 years) Job Description:

Cognilytics is looking for Manager with 3-6 years of experience (in consulting and/ or analytics) to work in the India analytics consulting practice. Managers will work as part of a consulting team and will be performing high-end analysis and providing business recommendations to clients

Location: Gurgaon

Education:

- B.Tech or Dual Degree from IITs or

- Masters from DSE/ ISI/ IGIDR

- Full Time MBA from IIM/ISB

Requirements:

- Structured business problem solver with good academic and/or professional background

- Good business acumen to help provide holistic recommendations to business problem at hand

- Prior experience of in consulting/ analytics set-up

- Guide team on how to structure projects/ engagements

- Prior leadership and team-management skills

- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

- Experience of managing/ engaging with clients

- Ability to make an impact beyond scope of work

- Ability to mentor and groom junior resources

- Understanding of analytics methodologies such as Regression, Decision Trees etc.

- Knowledge of statistical data analysis software such R/ SPSS

- Demonstrated experience of contributing in the firm and knowledge building

- Comfortable traveling to client locations in India

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage communication and project delivery with clients

- Manage client presentations and act as subject matter expert on analytics discussions

- Structure the approach and deliverables for multiple analytics engagements simultaneously

- Manage multiple teams

- Help junior members develop the analytics path to align with overall project objective

- Responsible for checking the methodology and results used by the team

- Help understand the impact of work and prepare business cases for client

- Develop storylines and make presentations to clients

- Lead firm development practice for India consulting business
