Recruitment :

- Sourcing & short listing of competent candidates through various channels

- Building and updating a database for candidates

- Conducting the preliminary interview.

- Scheduling & coordinating for the interview and getting the necessary feedback for the interview

- Conducting reference checks for the shortlisted candidate.

- Salary Negotiation.

- Issuance of Offer/ Appointment letter.

On-boarding :

- Introduction and Welcome-email.

- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.

Training :

- Coordinating for all learning and development activities

- Conducting HR induction training for new joinee.

Employee Exit :

- Complete the exit formalities with all resigned employees including the exit interview.

HRMS :

- Ensuring the HRMS employee data is updated and leave records are updated.

- All employee files are updated.

Performance Appraisal :

- Instrumental to launch the appraisal exercise during the year

- Ensure timely completion of the exercise and records update.

Miscellaneous Tasks :

- Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.

- Preparing offer letters.

- Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.

- Reviewing HR policies and giving expert advice to senior management.

- Coordinating for employee benefits like PF/Medi-claim and ensure that there are timely payments.

- Will be involved in various HR projects from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 7-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resource in a generalist profile with focus on talent acquisition.

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management.

- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Target oriented and focused

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Systematic approach, Multi-tasking, Time management, Team management and Ambiguity

Salary Range: 10 - 12 LPA
