Will be managing a team of 30.
This will be a 20% client interfacing and 80% Operational role.
Accomplishes customer service objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, assigning, coaching employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers
Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes.
Managing relationship and exploring new business opportunities.
Providing technical support to the user with the help of Tech Support.
Maintaining call MIS and updating them on live basis.
Salary range: 12 - 14 LPA
