Job Overview :

- We are looking to on-board an exceptional Leader in our team. The incumbent in this role is responsible for developing and implementing Sales and marketing plans, developing operational competence, address business requirements, leading and generating consumer insights, Negotiating and closing deals with vendors, developing and implementing sales strategy.

QUALIFICATION : MBA (Premium Institute preferred)

Experience : Should have experience in travel industry and exposure in sales and operations.

Plus : If you have worked in a challenging, ever-fluid environment of a startup.

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing and Implementing sales plan for the company.

- Conceptualize & implement 360-business programs.

- Formulating and implementing business strategy to introduce Travel Solutions in the market.

- Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Own the entire sales cycle.

- Conceptualizing & implementing monthly sales plans and leading marketing activities for the realization of sales volumes and brand building.

- Regulating sales, sales & promotion plans to generate lead & closure and expanding the client's base.

- Perform ongoing customer/market research and demographic profiling to identify and capitalize on unmet market needs.

- Vendor management: Identifying key vendors, negotiating, closing agreement.

- Compensation shall be a mix of Fixed, Variable and ESOP.
