Opening for a co-founder for a healthcare start-up to connect private hospitals in tier 3/tier 4 cities with super specialist surgeons from metros.

Product Features :

- A tech enabled platform to bridge small town-metro gap for skilled super specialist surgeons

- Elective(non-emergency) surgeries by super specialists

- Location- Pvt hospitals in tier 3, tier 4 cities

- Market- Massive, high growth market outside metros and state capitals which is poised to power India's growth story

- Seamless travel, boarding, and other arrangements incl payments for doctors by the start-up without involvement of participating hospitals

- Surgeries in selected private hospitals with good back-up facilities

Responsibility:

1. To be jointly responsible for scaling up the organization

2. To be responsible for hiring professionals

3. To jointly share the organisations Vision

4. To be responsible for organization strategy and product strategy

5. Build and lead the executive team

6. Ensure the Product roadmap is in alignment with the vision

7. Develop and maintain the business plan

8. Managing finances

9. Constantly conducting market surveys to bring in latest input to the product

10. Build a winning organization and team
