We are an Insuretech startup, currently in the fund-raising stage. We intend to disrupt the other insurance verticals through the development of wearables for Health Insurance, sensors for Home Insurance, AI & ML in digital health and telemedicine, Micro-insurance, and many others. - We have completed the MVP in the Auto Insurance vertical (patent pending) and prototype of the Fraud Analytics tool. - We started the fundraising in Feb 2020 and few investors have shown interest in our startup, however things have been delayed due to ongoing global pandemic. However, we have restarted fund-raising. - We are looking for a cofounder who can assist us in fundraising. The person needs to have strong contacts with Indian/ Global Venture Capital/ Private Equity firms and must have raised funds in the recent past, with a minimum of 5-7 years of fund-raising experience. - Preference to the person who has experience in seed-stage startup fundraising in the Fintech/ Insuretech/ Consumer internet space. - Compensation would be purely in the form of equity stake, a low-to-mid single digit for a cofounder who joins full time/part-time and can go to high single-digit if cofounder can contribute his personal funds into the business. - Salary after getting funding from the investors. Till then the Cofounder needs to manage on a self-financial support basis (expected 8-10 months). - We would be fine to consider a cofounder who initially works with us on part-time basis (should be able to devote ~15-20 hrs/week) and post the funding can join us full time.
