Company - Startup Digital Marketing firm

Location - Kolkata

We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong experience in selling digital marketing solutions to join as a partner in the firm. The incumbent is a part owner of the firm and will carry out the following responsibilities :

1. Consulting clients in improving their business metrics through targeted digital marketing strategies

2. Helping align the firm's strategy to best service the clients

3. Helping prepare business development content/materials for the firm

4. Helping in the execution of the mandate promised to the clients through planning/execution/people management

You should apply for this role if :

1. You have a business degree from a reputed institute and/or you experience in business/people management

2. You have experience managing digital marketing campaigns across Search, Social, Display and/or Native

3. You have ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.

4. You have ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations

5. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Please note that this is a co-founder role and the compensation will be as share of profits and equity.
