Cofounder/CTO - Youth Network Startup

Looking for a Tech co-founder for a new social sector start-up.

Background :

- India has the highest youth population, however, this youth energy is not channelized for the nation building. India Youth Network is youth network which is planning to provide the platform for youth to contribute to various social causes and while doing so develop themselves.

- We are in early phases of developing this network and looking for co-founder/CTO who can lead the end to platform development initially for web and then for mobile

We are looking for

- A tech co-founder who is passionate about social sector

- Ready to accept a challenge to start and build a social venture from scratch

- Prior experience of 5-15 years in software product development, mobile app development and managing developer teams

- Preferably from reputed colleges in the country

- Based out of Pune

Compensation :

As this is social venture the compensation should not be the primary motive. The person would be part of the founding team and would have equity + fixed compensation
