- We are looking for a CTO / VP Engineering (Co Founder status) for BoomAGift. Suitable candidate must be from IITs/ DTU/NITs only with min 5 years experience. BoomAGift is a disruptive Mobile App, pioneering the concept of Social Gifting. It is inspired by a very successful Korean app - Kakaotalk which has made gifting on the go a social phenomenon in Korea. The founder is an industry veteran, with 20 years plus experience across e com, FMCG. The Team has the vision & capability of making BoomAGift the Facebook of gifting via a host of sticky features that build social conversations around gifting. - As VP Engineering your main job will be you would owning a complete process of end to end development including coding, reviewing and testing operations of high performance mobile application in android & iOS (website would come in later) - You would need to build best in class data/machine learned algorithms for product, Write flawless programs fast and efficiently while supporting overall objectives of the Company to deliver a world class product Technical Skills : - Master in PHP, MySQL, NodeJS, AngularJS, MongoDB. You should also have the knowledge of AWS and server architecture. You should be able to design an efficient architecture of the system to create a robust & scalable product. - Incumbent should be hands-on with coding at present as he / she would be required to code while guiding the team simultaneously - Simplify the complex wish lists into actionable plan, limit scope and execute on daily, weekly and monthly release of features and functionalities that can help consumers and business. - We have have a strong product with 30000 + installs on playstore with a couple of Crores of Gross Sales per month.
