Cofounder/CTO - Startup - IIT/NIT/BITS

Looking for Technology Co-founder, preferably from Food Tech industry, with 6-12 years of experience in building technology platforms from scratch.

We are building a scalable, franchisable, full-stack (Farm to Kitchen to Last Mile Delivery) business model solving for reliable affordable daily food.

We are targeting to launch by August '21; currently bootstrapping; will seek seed funding once the MVP is launched and targeted volume milestones are met.

Qualifications :

UG/PG from IITs/IIITs/ BITS/NITs or A level institute. While pedigree is important, it is not a deal breaker and will go hand in hand with skills, experience, and vision.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Work with Founding Team in building the vision, architecture, team, technology stack and platform.

- Recruit, hire & lead the technology team.

- Take complete ownership of product & brainstorm to ideate that we can execute over time.

- Help in building a great place to work.

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Hard Skills :

- Knowledge of building native applications for Android and Web

- Tech expertise in Open Source Python, My SQL, Django, React Js, HTML, CSS3, React Native and Cloud Platforms

- Establish the company's technical vision and own all aspects of the company's technical development with focus on Android, ML, AI, and Big Data.

- Should have strong & proven Project Management skills

Compensation :

- Pure equity for the first year; expecting to be cash rich in an year, market salaries post that
