Lockated is the Next Generation Marketing Tools for Builders & Developers, which constitutes of various modules as following :

- Building Management Solution (BMS)

- Club Management Solution (CMS)

- Accounting & Billing Software for Societies/ Associations

- Security Management Solutions (Smart Secure)

- Virtual Concierge

- Home Automation (IOT)

- The solution provided by Lockated is used by Developer, its associates/ Vendors and their clients (individual Apartment/ Office Owners) to manage the day to day functioning of the entire project/ complex or their individual apartments / offices respectively.

- With the changing times and the Smart Modern Lifestyle, every consumer wants State-of-the-Art Facilities, Hi-Tech Security and easy at their fingertips. With the demanding nature of the consumers and the ever-evolving competition, it is extremely important for Real Estate Developers & Builders to create a project differentiator for improving sales alongside keeping their cost low.

- We are looking for an entrepreneur to continue the journey of Lockated! We can't promise you a high paid salary or offices like Google or other Tech Companies, but we promise you a challenging job that "might" make you into a millionaire someday. Simply put, this job entails being self-motivated in a fast-growing company. We have built a great Product and are now looking at taking it to the market.

While working like an entrepreneur you cannot be bound within the Scope of Roles & Responsibilities however for the sake of formalities, here's what you will be doing in the office:

Co-Founder-Channel Sales :

- Develop dealer/distribution network and alliance footprint in the Domestic and International market for Software and Hardware Product line

- Conduct negotiations, built synergies, establish partnerships based on win-win strategy.

- Develop larger business canvass in new markets in India, UAE, US, and Europe & South East Asia.

- Should define and establish the go to market strategy to enhance the dealer network.

- Should have excellent network in the Real Estate Industry.

- Makes direct/indirect OEM sales calls and joint distributor sales calls regularly

- Responsible for managing the P&L of the vertical.

- Should be responsible to build and serve the key accounts.

- Responsible for supporting the channel partner in representing key accounts /projects

- Formulating sales plans & targets for the team and managing them.

- Responsible for researching and presenting competitive business intelligence to improvise internal product development in line with the market demand

- Provide customized solutions for key clients/ Projects

- Work out a strategic plan to target specific clients and consistently work with these clients to close and secure order.

- Responsible for improving profit margin for various regions.

Good to have :

- Prior experience in Channel Sales & Distribution from Building Management systems, Home Automation, HVAC & Construction Materials & Industrial Consumables Industry

- Should be Flexible & adaptable

- Understanding of Hardware and Software Products technology.

Must Have :

- Hardcore Sales professional

- Team Worker

- Willing to take targets on his shoulder and ability to over achieve them.

- Willing to take home higher sales incentives

- Self Starter with proactive approach and ability to lead the business with hitting the ground from day one.

We are seeking likeminded professionals between 5-10 yrs from premier Institutes with an MBA in Sales/Marketing. Prior experience in a start up environment or a relevant industry is a must.
