Cofounder/CBO - EdTech

About the Company:

A seed funded EdTech in the K-12 space, backed by a Singapore based leading VC firm is looking for a Co-founder/CBO to partner the Founder in his vision to scale the EdTech and build a world class product and company

Responsibilities :

- Be part of and partner the leadership team in driving the vision for the company's fast paced growth and scale up with a focus on generating growth and demand

- Develop, own, drive and implement the overall business development and growth roadmap for the short and long term

- Own and monitor the P&L (top line and bottom line)

Lead GTM strategies, market entry strategies, customer acquisition strategies and other long-term growth initiatives to meet the company's targets

- Develop strategic frameworks for new growth opportunities

- Lead and empower cross functional teams across product, marketing, sales, business development and operations

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 10-15 years experience - some of it at a consumer tech start up, in scaling a business (EdTech experience is a plus, not mandatory)

- Self driven entrepreneurial experience is a plus, not mandatory

- Experience in successfully owning P&L of a business of sizeable scale

- Preference for pedigreed education (IIT/ISB/IIMs preferred)

- Entrepreneurial, creative out-of-the-box thinker, and a team player
