Position Overview:

As a Co-founder responsible for business development in an international staff augmentation or IT services company, your role will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our company's services globally. You will work closely with other co-founders and the leadership team to identify new markets, build strategic partnerships, and generate revenue. Your primary objective will be to expand our client base, increase market presence, and drive sustainable growth in the international market.

Responsibilities:

- Business Strategy: Collaborate with co-founders and the leadership team to develop a comprehensive business strategy for international expansion. Identify target markets, evaluate market potential, and define entry strategies.

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging markets, industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in various international regions. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and guide business development efforts.

- Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with international companies, IT service providers, and staffing agencies to expand our service offerings and reach. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partners to drive mutual business growth.

- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute targeted client acquisition strategies to attract new international clients. Identify and pursue opportunities for large-scale staff augmentation projects, IT consulting engagements, or IT outsourcing partnerships.

Lead negotiations and close deals to generate revenue.

- Sales and Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with international clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

- International Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and HR, to ensure smooth delivery of services to international clients.

- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role within the international IT services or staff augmentation industry.

- Strong understanding of the international IT services market, industry dynamics, and global business trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders.

- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and closing large-scale contracts.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a business development team.

- Analytical mindset and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to leverage data and insights for decision-making.

- Prior experience as a co-founder, business development head, or in a leadership position within an IT services or staff augmentation company is highly desirable.

- 15+ years of experience , with minimum 8 plus years in business development of International IT sales, Staff Augmentation preferably in a Startup -International technology company

- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
