Description
Reporting to the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire gamut of HR Operations including payroll, HRIS, Attendance Management, MIS, Appointment Letters, Bonus Plans, HR Audits etc across 20 locations Pan India
- Facilitating the transition to biometrics for attendance
- Leading the transition to Oracle PeopleSoft
- Strong understanding of compliance matters pertaining to PoSH, PF, Taxation, Shops and Establishments Act etc
- Maintain effective working relations with all key stakeholders including HR leads of various units
Profile
You have a Masters degree from a reputed business school with an overall experience of 8-10 years mostly in a special operations role. You have a strong understanding of compliance matters and payroll. You are a strong communicator, with very good interpersonal and presentation skills looking to take up the next challenging role in your career.
