We have an Urgent opening with our client a Leading IT Services Company with 10000 + employees and global operations
Our client is a global engineering services and solutions company that provides leading-edge engineering solutions, including product development and life-cycle support, process, network and content engineering to major organizations worldwide.
Following are some of the Key Responsibilities of COE Head:
1. Delivery Excellence
- Should be responsible for smooth functioning of growing/existing engagements.
- Responsible for meeting QCD targets of the engagements.
- Should be able to do periodic technical reviews of some of the critical and high visible projects in the engagement.
- Should be able deploy robust processes within the delivery function to reduce the drag and inefficiencies.
- Responsible for engagement and operational reports to customers and internal stake holders.
- Responsible for planning, forecasting and scheduling of projects/blanket orders on Monthly/Quarterly basis with customer.
- Responsible for utilization, productivity initiatives and Y-o-Y cost savings within the delivery center.
- Responsible for driving OEG initiatives within/outside the engagement.
2. Customer Management:
- Responsible in building and managing customer relationships
- Responsible for customer satisfaction score (CSAT) and identify the areas for improvement and own the implementation process.
- Participate and drive monthly and quarterly steering committee meetings.
3. People Management :
- Responsible for mentoring and developing 2nd line and middle level leaders within the center.
- Responsible for Associate Satisfaction, competency mapping and identify the training needs to improve the skills of the associates.
- Drive individual productivity initiatives to improve operational efficiencies.
- Responsible for ensuring proper pyramid structure and role ratio based on the type and complexity of project.
- Develop Mentee and Mentor relationship within the teams.
4. Business Targets :
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets with healthy gross and operating margins.
- Develop/Own Key Account Plans from delivery perspective and drive for business growth.
- Responsible for Y-o-Y account growth.
- Improve stickiness in the engagement by offering solution approach to the deliverables.
- Measure/Monitor KPIs/CPIs agreed as per contractual agreement with customers.
- Ensure Compliance to MSA/Contracts/Engagement Level SOWs signed with customer.
- Participate and contribute in business growth initiatives within the Segment and PDU.
