Job brief

We are looking for a PPC expert to manage all pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities.The PPC Specialist will manage all paid search campaigns for Codeyoung - India and International. The person will be responsible for effectively managing the paid search budget and work with the SEO and Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers from across the global markets based on the company's short and long term strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Run campaigns on Facebook and google (and other PPC channels) to generate demand based on the country wise budgets and requirements.

2. Optimise campaigns to maximise CTRs and identify ways to consistently reduce CPL

3. Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.

4. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.

5. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

6. Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.

7. Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.

8. Research and analyze competitor advertising campaigns links

9. Scale up campaigns 3-5x while ensuring CPLs at sustainable levels

Requirements:

1. Proven PPC experience (at least 3 years) and experience with managing larger budgets in both India and International campaigns

2. Candidates who are working with or have worked with agencies in past will be preferred

3. Strong expertise and experience in Facebook and google ads

4. Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

5. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook and google ads

6. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)


7. Strong analytical skills and experience generating PPC reports

8. Strong understanding of third party analytics and reporting tools
