Job Description

We at Codeyoung are looking for Product folks who can help us productise the business process and tailor the student learning experience. In this role you will be working with developers, designers and other functional stakeholders as a champion problem solver who can think on his feet. You are a perfect candidate if you are someone who can move fast, is capable of breaking down and solving complex problems, and has a strong will to get things done. We are a small, fast-growing team where you'll have the opportunity to shape the culture on how we build products.

What you will do

- Structured problem-solving of business and product problems

- Working with functional stakeholders to detail product solutions backed by data and research, keeping in mind tech and design feasibility

- Regularly analyse data to spot problems and opportunities

- Being the point of contact for different stakeholders for product issues and inputs

- Prioritizing and executing product projects, working with developers, designers, operations team to manage the launch process, and conducting follow-up analysis on success or failure

- Planning and executing biweekly sprints ensuring releases and training happen on time

What you will need:

- 1+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, product management, or software product development

- Well versed with SQL and excel for data analytics, knowing python is an added bonus

- Must have structured and clear thinking process

- Must be clear and precise in communication for both verbal and written

- Should have high empathy with the ability to step into the shoes of different stakeholders

- Willingness to step out of comfort zone to solve problems and get things done

- Ownership, hustle, and partiality towards fast-paced environments
