Job Responsibility:

Warehouse Management

1. Implement systems and processes to ensure safe & efficient “storage”, “handling” and “upkeep” of stocks.

2. Drive “on time in Full” of execution of customer orders.

3. Ensure efficient use of CBO assets at warehouse viz warehouse space, stacking racks, Forklifts, casual labor, Vehicle.

4. Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements.

5. Improve direct and indirect costs associated with warehousing.

6. To improve the quality of warehouse infrastructure to world class

Fleet Management

1. To measure and improve “Fleet availability” and “Up-time”.

2. Analyze and improve fleet maintenance cost structures.

3. Ensure optimum performance and use of available Fleet.

4. Devise systems to ensure statutory compliance of fleet.

5. Develop vendor for optimizing costs of advertising on vehicle

6. Maintain and Improve quality and cost of fleet advertising.

Glass Management

1. Improve asset utilization by optimizing glass turns.

2. Along with UCSM and AGM, plan sku wise glass purchase / relocation requirements.

3. Put systems in place to track the flow and inventory of filled and empty glass bottles at different entities in distribution chain.

4. Keep an eye on extent of breakages and or any other loss of asset in the chain.

Reporting

1. Weekly report of Vehicle up time and availability

2. Weekly Fleet maintenance costs location vehicle wise.

3. Monthly comprehensive analysis of fleet costs – Maintenance , depreciation, fuel efficiency, etc

4. Fleet capacity utilization

5. Statutory compliance

We are specifically looking for people with 3-5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management in the FMCG/Beverage space. Previous experience in Supply Chain management is a must.

Minimum Education: MBA/PGDM

Administrative Reporting: Zonal Supply Chain Head

Functional Rporting: Zonal RTM Manager

The Job would involve some amount of intra Zone travel.

This is not an entry level role and hence, people with less than 2 years of experience, kindly do not apply.
