Team Leader - Strategic Procurement Job Description: Title: Team Leader- Strategic Procurement Function: Strategic Procurement Work Location: Job Responsibilities: - Analyze data and implement procurement strategies, conduct techno-commercial comparison, and identify opportunities of optimization, Compilation of proposals/RFQ data and analysis - Preliminary analysis can collection of market data, and market intelligence - Preparation and sharing of MPO/MSA and Agreements - Stakeholder management at various levels, prioritization and analytics of category trends to understand and address business needs - Coordinate with Mills and treasury for stock taking and Insurance - Drive strategic procurement cycle from P2P, ensuring compliance to policies and implementing efficient processes, coordinating with FSS and BSS on contracts, advance payments, LCs, advance requests etc. - Drive projects including trials, supplier evaluation with stakeholders and support delivery of POV for various categories including Capex, MRO, RM etc. Supervises : None Direct Reports : None Grade (Internal Reference): Geographical Scope : Pan India Reports To : AVP Strategic Procurement Internal Customers : Supply Chain, Projects, Planning, FSS, BSS, Plants, Corporate Finance, Legal, regional sourcing teams. External Customers : strategic procurement supplier across various categories including Capex, RM, Consumables etc. Job Requirements : - Qualifications : Post Graduate qualification in General / Materials Management from a reputed institute / university, B.E. / B. Tech, - Experience : 3-4 years of experience of relevant post qualification including Procurement function in a similar industry, where he/she should have demonstrated strong commercial acumen Functional Skills : - Analytical skills - Understand of pricing structure, should cost modeling - Understanding of contractual clauses - Mastery of procurement process and policies - Knowledge of SAP, GEP, CMS, MS-Excel etc tools - Understand of savings methodology, and identification of savings opportunities Behavioural Skills : - Adept at stakeholder management - Excellent communication skills - Agility & Curiosity - Responsible and empowered Travel: 10 - 20%
