1. NKA Order processing as received from customers 2. Prepare data templates to enable effective order processing and work with respective stakeholders to get all the data templates filled (with right pricing details, etc..) 3. Plan and Execute the order processing routines without escalations and handle Change Management Job Responsibilities: 1. Design Excel templates for processing of orders as per inputs received from unit/corporate finance and other stakeholders 2. Maintain updated database of all NKA order processing related key information - including EDI/RPA master with correct pricing against SKUs, etc. Maintain necessary tracking of confirmed orders, customer cancelled orders and other routines. 3. Coordinate and interact with all concerned stakeholders with respect to order processing - Finance, sales, customers, NKA services team etc.. for order processing related concerns (with respect to pricing, amendment, etc.. ) 4. RPA & EDI Purchase Order (PO) movement and PO report validation and amendment process; Follow up with BOT and IT Team in case of Order Related Issues or Order Sync Issues 5. Price Validation and Order rejection basis validation (for B2B, B2C customers & others) Appropriate reason entry in SAP for capping and rejection being done. 6. Key KPIs - Ensure NKA order processing within the agreed lead-time with accuracy and no duplication of orders/lines. Ensure KPIs and SLAs. Engage with concerned stakeholders for improvement plans. 7. Testing of data for RPA/EDI related tools for efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare data for testing of new IT Tools if applicable. 8. Handling executives and agents (3rd Party) involved in NKA Order processing 9. Maintaining and tracking EOD, Weekly and monthly Performance Report. Job Requirement: - 4-6 years in operational capacity with exposure to operations in NKA Order processing (SAP is preferable) 1. In-depth knowledge of the NKA Order processing and clearance 2. Knowledge of Sales operations 3. Effective stakeholder coordination and handling skills
