Job Description: - Set up the Business Excellence framework within HCCB Business Services - Enable measurable, repeatable and predictable operations by driving Business Excellence practices within BS operations - project and program management - Experience of handling Transitions Job Responsibilities: - Implement Business Excellence (BE) framework across BS and provide overall quality leadership to the site - Drive improvement projects on processes to improve productivity & SLA performance - Deploy control framework and visual management practices on operations floors - Support idea generation, review, prioritization and execution of key process improvement opportunities - Deploy quality and lean six sigma principles to facilitate consistent performance of the delivery team on SLAs and other internal customer requirements - Execute training programs on BE principles across all functions and career levels within BS. Liaise with respective target audience, function leads to ensure full participation - Guide, direct, maintain & monitor all activities associated with successful application of Business Excellence - Drive rigor through the organization to ensure an environment of quality and continuous improvement - Measures Process improvements for projects implemented (target v/s actuals), Functional coverage of BE framework across BS, Trainings delivered to delivery teams on BE principles, Improvement Ideas implemented - To handle Transitions and RPA initiatives - Six sigma opportunities and Black/Green belt certified Position Reports To : National Manager - Business Excellence Job Requirement: Minimum Education :Graduate qualification from a reputed Institute / university. BE and / or Post graduate will be an added advantage Minimum Work Experience: - 4-6 year overall experience in a services function like finance / HR / IT governance / OE, etc. 2-3 year experience in Services management / Business Excellence / OE roles preferred.
