The BIG Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading all shared Infra services for small / medium size markets covering Servers, Compute, Network, Helpdesk & user support, Vendor governance, VIP support, Monitoring Infra service Metrics / Monthly Reporting, Project management activities, etc. The gamut of the role covers service delivery & infrastructure management across 31,000+ users, 56 plants, 130+ office and warehouse locations across 14 countries. Job Scope and Responsibilities: - Set up common service delivery program leveraging outsourced Infra service providers like Dimension Data, IBM, Local Telecom service providers, Helpdesk partners, application vendors like eBest, SAP, Salesforce etc to deliver seamless Infrastructure services to small / medium size markets in South West Asia, Indo China regions and Middle East bottling markets. - Lead cloud migration by identifying local infra improvement opportunities, help roll out common ticketing system, project management solutions like Middleware deployment, assist in vendor governance and own the performance metrics and reporting for all these markets. - Responsible entire IT Infra operations including Compute, Cloud, Network, Cisco voice & video solutions, helpdesk ticketing system, storage and back-up systems, LAN, Wi-Fi, Plant network for our Coke one+ Lite systems, Sales Force.com systems, Coke one Partner - BOS systems tracking all local and corporate applications on a daily / monthly basis. - Drive compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal IT controls, processes, policies, procedures & ongoing cloud operations management including managing 3rd party vendors and act as technical resource for complex issue resolution. - Support the negotiation of statements of work, implementation solutions, service level agreements, pricing and business terms including other operational, financial, regulatory or legal aspects relevant to Infra service requirements. - Responsible for local innovation projects, assist in VIP support and user experience management, optimize helpdesk processes, provide project management support & help implement new technologies in areas of compute, cloud, network, etc. with an aim to improve user experience and vendor / partner effectiveness in the markets. - Work with market / business stakeholders, BIG Finance, and TCCC Global IT (GIT) leaders to drive collaboration and thought leadership to the various BIG markets and Group office. Successful relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as vendors / partners are critical. - Have ability to influence direction and balance challenging trade-offs between scope, time, budget, and service delivery issues. - Requires significant experience in setting for the leveraged use of all Infra technologies in the areas of application hosting & migrations, and the project management skills to lead the cloud deployment for markets, build biz case, manage multiple vendors ( including Microsoft, Local Telcos, Helpdesk vendors, Infosys, NTT, Dimension Data etc.), track progress and monitor daily IT Infra operations in line with the defined vision. Understand one BIG IT strategy, identify the local implementation of platforms in a cost effective and timely manner, document policies, drive common metrics and measurement systems and processes ( single ticketing platform ) aligned with ITIL framework. Experience / Skills Required: - 9+ years IT experience (ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma / Quality certifications) and process engineering skills including a thorough experience in managing multi-vendor operations. - Needs to have in-depth understanding of Infra technologies including Server operating systems, back up & storage technologies, LAN, WAN & Wi-Fi technologies, Service measurement & reporting experience. - Good at documenting processes, driving improvement projects and manage remote resources (both internal & external) to deliver stable IT Infra services to 9 markets. - Proven track record to execute and deliver IT Service management & Infra operations Programs, Ability to create strong delivery processes and devise effective solutions to mitigate risk, Strong knowledge of ITIL tools and controls, basic to advanced knowledge of server set up, hosting, config management, network design, Storage NAS & SAN, Backup solutions, middleware tools and helpdesk processes and related tools. - Knowledge of ITIL / PM procedures and best practices related to Infra service management including incident, change, problem, IT asset management, helpdesk services. - Experience on Cloud platforms, SD WAN solutions and Win 10, Office 365 products & Micro services tools will be an added advantage
