The Process Development Manager - Finance Controllership, BIG, will act as the SME and will be responsible for driving the financial modules related to Planning and Reporting financial results as part of the business transformation initiative, enabled by technology for global delivery and organizational transformation of BIG's current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system SAP into Microsoft Dynamics. Specifically, the role will focus on the following workstreams:

- General Ledger

- Consolidation & Reporting

- Budgeting

- Project Accounting

- Financial Reporting

- Asset Management

- Analyze current system processes, recommend the changes to optimize the given workflows and implement transition of these financial modules of the ERP system.

- The scope of the role will be to outlay the foundations of digital capabilities, starting with Philippines and SIMA, the role needs to redesign and reengineer the core processes for Financial Planning and Reporting workstream and create a Digital Model Company Template for Bottler Operations in BIG.


- The new digital model company template will need to help pivot towards a new BIG operating model and organization of the future by making data driven decisions to drive business growth. The successful candidate will closely work with the markets project teams to drive the agreed upon module(s) template and ensure cohesiveness and standardization of the respective template implementation.

Prioritized Responsibilities

1. Understand and document the current process flows for the assigned workstreams

2. Become the SME for the Center implementation team for the assigned workstreams

3. Act as a thought provoker and disrupter of the status-quo in order to find opportunities to improve and simplify system process flows and user interfaces with the new ERP. Challenge local teams on current process and help recommend simpler and less cumbersome routines. Use the standards system functionality as much as possible and minimize customization to the maximum practical extent.

4. Work with the MS Consulting and Markets implementation teams to design, develop, test and launch the assigned workstreams in the new D365 ERP

5. Ensure a standard, agile, efficient and effective template is developed for the assigned workstreams to facilitate current and future BIG D365 implementations

6. Develop and maintain the system deployment agenda and key milestones for the assigned workstreams

7. Ensure consistent and comprehensive communication routines are in place to appraise all system implementation stakeholders of the status and progression of key implementation milestones for assigned workstreams

Key Skills:

1- Strong understanding of Financial Reporting and Planning both conceptually and within the Microsoft Dynamics D365 product.

2- Ability to develop strong partnership with the business community. Self-motivated and a problem solver who can assess and develop strategies for achieving the needs of the user community.

3- Drives operational efficiency and identifies, documents, and monitors key business processes within the scope of ERP needed to achieve successful business results. Analyzes, maps and documents processes and develops a framework for process standardization and improvement

4- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict with appropriate messaging across, below and up to the senior executive level

5- Ability to lead and direct ERP markets team members in line with the defined goals of the ERP Transformation program. Encourages and facilitates cooperation, results orientation and collaboration amongst the team. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, particularly in cross-functional teams across multiple countries and with TCCC and BIG Group center teams (even whom there may be no direct authority)

6- Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated track record of applying program management principles, change management practices and techniques with a strong results orientation. Takes calculated risks to achieve desired results.
