To design and deliver global Talent and Leadership Development interventions that support the execution of business strategies and enhance business performance at both global and regional levels. Account abilities : - Develop the design and architecture of the organisation. Advising on, business specific OD interventions e.g. organisation restructures, Change Management, Performance Management, After Action Reviews. Understanding and developing the health of the organisation and the culture - Developing, maintaining and delivering key Talent programmes supporting the overall development of capability across the organisation. Support the HR Operations team in further developing talent processes. - Developing and maintaining key management & personal development programmes in association with L&D for leaders - Working as part of the small TLOD team and the wider Learning team as well as closely working alongside HR Business Partners and line leaders - To support teams in creating strong leadership and collective responsibility. - Act as a consultant to the business on strategic interventions based on the People Plan. - Coach senior managers to develop their performance. - Contribute to strategic projects with other members of the HR team particularly where these impact Talent, Learning and Organisation Development's processes and systems, Scope and Impact : - Decisions are guided by HCCB's business strategies and objectives. - Is recognised as a Talent, Learning and Organisation Development expert within HCCB, both within and beyond own function. - Designs and executes project to achieve milestones and objectives or initiatives that impact the business - Is supported by the Head of OE - Strategic Planning and Decision Making - Develops, adapts and executes HR operational strategy to help achieve key business objectives. Relationships : - Regular contact with business leaders to identify key development needs across different divisions; - Working with the HR Director and the HR Business Partners to implement the people agenda Knowledge and Skills : - Ability to execute high-impact learning strategies that enhance people and business performance - Results focused; a consultative leadership style that builds high-performing teams across multi-disciplined projects that consistently meet targets and realise organisational benefits. - Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders internationally - Commercially aware; proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders up to board level, and manage responsibility for global budgets - Excellent interpersonal, organisational and influencing skills and ability to facilitate across all levels of business. - Skilled communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation Education and Qualifications : - Psychology and OD qualifications desirable Professional Experience : Extensive expertise and experience of organisational design and development including change management, range of Talent Management & Succession Interventions in global organisations and also experience in designing and implementing leadership capability review and development Initiatives, competency frameworks and performance management, career development
