Job Description:

Objectives : To support and lead a variety of strategic efforts inclusive of playing a pivotal role in building HCCB y annual/long-term strategic plans. This position is crucial to HCCB's ability to establish its short, medium, and long-term plans. The candidate will need to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in the development of company-wide operational strategies.

Job Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the Head of Strategy in HCCB to understand the company strategy and the deployment activities linked across functions.

- Lead development, communication and execution of strategic initiatives to achieve new

- Conduct data-driven analysis to support and make recommendations on strategy and drive growth

- Align all stakeholder functions incl SLT on expected outcomes, timelines and execution activities on LRP & BP processes.

- Actively participate and drive the committed actions from OU /BIG meetings, other internal meetings, cross-functional projects and workstreams.

- Conduct research, analyse and collect data to prepare reports and documentation for monthly reviews in alignment with the HCCB Strategy

- Maintain confidentiality and use a high degree of discretion in sharing information.

Geographical Scope : PAN India COBO Locations

Reports To : National Head - Strategy

Internal Customers : Senior leadership, All functions (Commercial, Supply Chain, Services)

External Customers : OU, BIG

Job Requirements :

Qualifications : Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent

Experience : At least 8-10 years' experience, with increasing responsibility.

Functional Competencies :

- Good strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as a highly developed collaborative nature.

- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

- Strong communication and coordination skills required.
