Title: National Manager - Strategy Function: Transformation and Strategy Work Location: Bangalore Job Responsibilities: Business Strategy and Insights Formulation: Integrate multiple insights and complex issues through a broad and holistic approach, defining the strategic direction for the business and leading to actionable solutions Business Analytics : Work with multiple data sources to mine data and build insights to drive value share growth. LRP and ABP Delivery: Support AVP Strategy in identifying long-term strategic opportunities, including whitespace opportunities and challenges. Operations and Commercial exposure would be added advantage. Functional Competencies : Business Understanding : Understand End to End business to drive core organizational priorities.Analytics Capability: Ability to mine data for meaningful Insights.Problem framing and solving: problem solving, ability to structure and coordinate complex analysis Presentation Skills: Distill and craft a meaningful narrative for business strategy and critical projects. Effective Communication and Collaboration: Work with functional teams across the organization, coordinating, aligning and influencing senior leadership team Project management skills or experience, including driving enterprise wide initiatives Systemic thinking: Experience with large-scale organizational complexities and global capabilities implementation.
