Function : Business Shared Services - Analytics Work Location : Bangalore - Role holder is expected to manage / execute different analytics projects cross-functionally, but focused more on the Commercial and Operations verticals. This will also include projects in Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement and HR. - Expertise in Data extraction, mining and Slicing /Dicing techniques to highlight key opportunity areas and automate reports. - Working on cross-functional data coming from multiple sources using custom internal and industry standard tools like SAP, Sales Data, Nielsen Answers, Sales and Operations Planning, Logistics etc,. Job Responsibilities : - Managing Projects, from Requirement Gathering, Data Capture, Analysis Framework, Insights Generation within the provided scope and timelines - Collaborate with key stakeholders (functional and operational) to define KPIs based on analytical outputs and identify key Cost and Revenue Drivers and opportunities to improve operational performance. - Manipulate and analyze large datasets and derive insights! - Extensive use of databases like SQL and analytical tools like R, Python, SAS etc,. - Work on statistical modeling techniques like - Correlation, Regression, Segmentation, Optimization, Clustering, ANOVA, ANCOVA for strategic projects - Develop intuitive visualization using PowerBI. - Prepare executive presentations. - Work with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders effectively. - Recommend operational actions based on analytics output and build a mechanism to review execution based on recommendations.
