Manager - Procurement (Spend Management) Description: Job Description: Objective: - Identifying Vendors/Partners basis core requirements for indirect procurement and tail spend management - Streamline the Process of finding new warehouse as per BU guidelines and statutory requirements. - Strategic Sourcing including marketplace knowledge, category expertise, negotiation skills, data analytics, and Internal customer & supplier partnership management. Candidate should have good knowledge in managing the sourcing process, reviewing contracts and possess acquaintances with local regulations & taxes. The candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end sourcing process and related contracts. Drive productivity and continuous improvement culture in the team. Title: Manager - Procurement (Spend Management) Function: BSS - Procurement Work Location: Bangalore - Corporate Office Job Responsibilities: Comprehensive list but not limited to - Identifying, scrutinizing and developing warehouse management partners - Generating Request for Quotation (RFQ) after thorough discussion with user function & QA - Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are competitive and in line with statutory compliance specifications set up by BU & other kore requirements. - Advise internal and external team on various aspects of appointing suppliers/vendors and their Terms & Conditions - Drive productivity and compliance goals for the respective spend. - Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors - Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation before renewing ARC/Contract. - Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and weekly / monthly MIS report circulation. - Ensure meeting & Monitoring of the SLAs and KPIs and manage systems and resources to assure quality of the services provided. - Vendor selection and new vendor development and follow-up with them till work completion. - Handles issues and queries related to various spend across zones, escalate complex issues to Manager as needed for resolution. - Develop short term and long-term contract with vendors across categories to leverage bulk/scale buying opportunities - Develop and manage IDP for team members.
