Manager - eRTM Implementation & Execution Objective: Drive the RTM digitization through project management, delivery, business analysis and facilitate expansion of Wabi and peripheral solutions through engaging with the zones, collaborating with all stakeholders, and delivering on the organization's objectives. Title: Manager - eRTM Implementation & execution Function: Commercial Work Location: Bangalore Job Responsibilities: Role and Responsibilities Key deliverables for this role span end-to-end from outlet enrolment and order generation at Wabi till order settlement to record as GMV. This includes all the activities of working with Wabi to better the tool, launch new locations with Wabi, onboard suppliers and outlets, and drive business. Business objectives : Drive organization objectives - enrolment targets achievement, order GMV (GR) achievement, digitizing order booking with diminishing dependency of manual interventionEnd-to-end owner of Wabi scale up and day to day businessOwn and lead pilots for driving outlet purchasing behavior and salesman behavior. Scale-up basis learnings. Fill rate tracking and analysis - take cust FR (from 84% to 95%) and GR fill rate (from 78% to 85%). Ensure order flow from Wabi, to DMS and then to outlets as delivery.Drive enrolment and repeated ordering in bronze and iron outlets across locations. Launches and scale-up : Scale-up Wabi across RTM models in the Zone - DSD, DMS, RSU, active WS, invisible, and other RTM models to drive outlet reach through saturation model Build end-to-end processes for new RTM models and stabilize/automate them in collaboration with IT and other internal and external stakeholdersPre-launch preparations such as identifying locations for launch, collaborating with Corporate RTM, Zonal leadership and Zone RTM for pre-launch discussions and decision making Launch preparations and end-to-end execution from data collection, upload of relevant details, supplier onboarding, access creations, collaborate with Zone and Corporate IT for backend integration of suppliers, smoke-test before launch, collaborate with capability and RTM for trainings and communication, launch on D-day and handholding until the new location settles into a rhythm.Supplier creation (end-to-end from supplier creation till Order flow in DMS)Maps creation, troubleshooting for maps Productivity and effective resource utilization : Drive Wabi effectiveness across outlet class & channels Own communication effectiveness and share insights for sending targeted communication. Streamline communication process and tracking the message throughput in clicks, orders and GMV. Leverage sales incentives to drive business objectives. Design incentives, get approvals, drive usage in zones for associates/front-end/MGRs to achieve objectives and win, oversee incentive reporting by analytics, incentive reconciliation and derive insights from the incentive effectiveness for current and future SFI perusal.
