Objective:

- Maintain Supply Data and Ensure timely Payments

- MIS and Review of MSME Interest and Open Advances

- Month End Activities

Title: Executive - Procure to Pay

Function: Finance

Work Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain Supply Data and Ensure timely Payments

- Leveraging Vendor Portal to maintain Supply Details and ensuring timely supply-based payments

- Invoice Booking in SAP

- Forecasting weekly Cash Flow projections

- Analysis of cash flow variance projection vs actual

- Maintaining BG Tracker and storage of hard copies

- MIS on MSME Interest and Open Advances

- MSME Interest calculation on delayed payments and analysis thereon

- Review of Open advances and timely closure

Month End Activities:

- GIT Accrual

- Credit Note Accounting

- Physical verification review for stock lying at third party locations

Job Requirement:

Qualifications: B. Com/ M.Com/ MBA Finance/ CA Intermediate

Experience:

- 3 to 5 years post qualification experience

- Preferred experience in handling Accounts Payables in Manufacturing Industry

- Preferred exposure to Taxation

Functional Skills:

- Strong in accounting and taxation

- Strong in Excel and SAP

- Strong Communication Skills

- High degree of focus on delivering result

Travel: 5 %
