Opening with one of our clients which is a leading manufacturing company of electrical wires and cables for the position of Key Account Manager
- Account Management, Opportunity Development & Sales Promotion
- Account Management: Identify & navigate decision makers for key accounts, cultivate long-term relationships, & drive customer satisfaction
- Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast upcoming projects for key accounts & new accounts, prepare & pitch proposals for upcoming projects, & pursue them to achieve sales & targets
- Consultative Selling: Guide the customer to decide via consultative approach, gain deep customer insight & create credibility
- Opportunity Development: Scout & convert new key accounts to increase sales & market share, while enhancing business with existing key accounts
- Promotional Activities: Devise promotional plans for the segment, & coordinate with sales & marketing teams to drive the same on the ground
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate with influencer management team to successfully takeover potential leads & convert orders
- Coordinate with product & supply chain teams to ensure project pipeline planning and execution
- Lead activities for dealers & TMs/ASMs across branches for project fulfillment & key account relationship sustenance
- Coordinate & collaborate with support functions: Product Marketing, Technical Team, Finance, Global Team etc.
- Education: University Graduate/Engineer + MBA
- At least 4 years of B2B sales experience in key account management (large end users)
- Direct customer interaction experience
- Confident in dealing with high-level clientele & decision makers
- Excellent communication skills & presentation skills
- Exposure to selling in industrial segment is an added advantage
