WEN is a start-up with the vision of disrupting how services are offered and consumed.

There are two parallel challenges we see:

- Employers struggle with access to good consultants, getting enough good candidates, continuity of supply of talent, have to invest heavily in screening of profiles, have no control on which recruiter is managing their account and are unable to get structured Job Descriptions and Interview Parameters.

- Consultants struggle with Access to big clients, Re-Use of work Done. (Source 10 papers for a search 1 is hired 9 go waste), Differentiation and showcasing to clients that they are good, Continuity of work and certainty of revenue, Growth, Training, Understanding of tough and unique mandates, Payment, Process and a Team to handle excess work.

How we propose to solve the problem is to create a network of small firms, independent full and part-time recruiters that can plug into one network and function as one big company in which each one can grow and build their own business.

The Opportunity

- India is estimated to have over 20,000 small agencies. There are about 576,000 recruiters on LinkedIn and about 5.1 million globally.

- Create a network of 10,000 by getting 2000 Small Agencies and 4000 Freelancers and work from home

- This figure can be 10 folds higher if we look at the global market.

The differentiator. For the marketplace to be effective it has to be curated. Since we know recruiting we are curating the suppliers and the workflow.

- Can expand to other things the HR buys like

As a Co-Founder you will need to:

- Share the passion, the dream and the vision.

- Work as the core team and help convert the business from paper/ Project plan to reality

- Work on aggressive Targets (New Enrollments &Partnerships)

- Assess incoming applications of Recruiters or agencies for network enrollment

- On boarding of the new network Partners

- Brand Positioning/Brand Strategy

- Respond to Inbound Calls/Mails

- Crafting compelling mailers and sharing it with Clients/Candidates

- Run Social Media Campaigns

- Dig down deep to figure out the companies who require our help
