About the startup We are on a mission to improve holistic wellbeing using age-old trusted Eastern protocols like astrology, yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, etc. Our goal is to build a life companion app that offers a virtual Disneyworld for wellness. Funding: We have closed a seed round from Marquee investors (Will be discussed in detail when things progress). Roles & Responsibilities: - Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations. - Lead, create and launch market-leading product offerings in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, user experience and support. - Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision - Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps - Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD) - Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release. - Turn customer and market insights into actionable business and product requirements. - Build products that deliver great customer experiences. - Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision - Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users Qualifications - 5+ years in a Product Management role delivering customer-driven products and great customer experiences - 1+ Years of Co-founder experience - Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap - A product leader with demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings - Organizational and leadership abilities - Excellent communication skills - Problem-solving aptitude - Creative thinking skills
