This start-up has received market validation and the product has demonstrated tangible outcomes for its subscribers. Co-founder: - We are looking for a Co-Founder who can join the team as we move to the growth phase. - The Co-Founder will work alongside the CEO/Founder and will own the day-to-day business outcomes and be responsible for consumer & supply side operations, supply addition and management and growth operations. - As a Co-Founder, you would have significant skin in the game in the form of Equity. Requirements: - 7-15 years of experience leading operations in a high-growth, market creation startup - Experience in health-tech would be an advantage - Hustler with a strong strategic aptitude - Exposure to high-intensity operations in FMCG, Mobility, Healthcare services, Logistics, home services etc.
