Co-Founder/CTO/ VP - Product Engineering - Startup

An exciting opportunity to work with a start up company which is into logistics. We are looking for a visionary, thought leader with strong technical and architectural background and is looking for an entrepreneurial role.

Mandatory:

B.Tech +MBA (Preferably from Tier 1 Institutes)

- As our CTO, you will work as an integral part of the IT Management team providing input to key business direction.

- You will be responsible for complete architecture of 3 large segments- ERP; Mobile Applications and Web Applications

- You will do the feasibility study and design the entire blueprint of the project

- You will be responsible for ensuring effective liaison with the business teams to understand business needs and ensuring that the demand is supplied effectively by the IT organization.

- You will help bridge the gap between the demand and supply sides of the organization towards IT as a service.

- You will manage the day to day interactions with the business to ensure that their needs are being delivered and assist business teams with new technology trends to stay competitive against other airlines.

- You will be responsible for building close relationships with business stakeholders to translate the business perspective into technology requirements and by applying project management techniques, methods and tools to enterprise-wide project implementations
