This is an equity-only role (no salary)/Full-Time

Primary Role (not limited to):

- Plan and execute the Beta Testing/Product Launch of B2B HRTech software

- Build architecture of the core technology system

- Define tech stacks, product roadmap, vision and growth plans

- Execute the strategies and create a world class platform run by an exceptional team

- Ability to translate digital transformation concepts & application of emerging technologies to the industry

- Identify new opportunities and develop products and processes in line with cutting edge technologies

- Build, mentor, educate and lead technology teams with regard to the company's technological vision, opportunities & challenges

The Successful Applicant must have:

- B.Tech/ M.Tech from Tier 1 or similar institute

- Proven track record of working on core/common applications which have helped scale start-up organisations

- Knowledge of MS Azure Infrastructure is a must

- Exposure to Angular, HTML, CSS, JQuery, etc

- Hands-on experience in digital initiatives, big data, mobile apps, AI & ML, analytics, and business intelligence solutions

- Demonstration of strong blend of digital transformation, business, architectural and executional skills

- Passion for technology, ability to thrive in a start-up environment, proactive and hands-on in development and execution
