We are an Insuretech startup (currently in stealth mode) which is looking to disrupt the Insurance business model in India. We have completed the MVP in the Auto Insurance vertical and would start meeting the investors in the very near future. It is from here we require a CTO/Co founder who can take over the technical stack for our business as well assist in fund raising. Post the fund raising, we intend to disrupt the other insurance verticals through the development of wearables for Health Insurance, sensors for Home Insurance, AI &amp; ML in digital health and telemedicine, Microinsurance and many others. Founder : The founder has about ~15 years of experience in the Insurance and Capital Markets domain with experience gained from Hedge Fund, Consulting and Investment Banks. Job Description : - Should be able to design and develop Insurance ecommerce website and lead the Data warehouse development with real time analytics for business triggers. - Should have experience in managing entire Information Technology functions including Business Applications, Enterprise Architecture, Application Security and infrastructure department in formulating IT Strategies and operational plans to align with business requirements and help business achieve competitive advantage by leveraging on IT capabilities. - Experience in authoring the Enterprise Architecture and IT Blueprint of Insurance companies in India/SEAsia. - Good level of understanding of all Insurance Policy Administrative System, peripheral systems and integrations deployed in India/SE Asia, including total cost of ownership - Have a deep understanding of pro &amp; cons (including cost/TCO) of On-premise, hybrid &amp; Cloud solutions. - Experience in the field of Mobile Enterprise Application Platform (MEAP) to develop Hybrid Mobile - Solutions for the purpose of Distribution, efficiency and control. - Should be able to enable partner integration (including bancassurance). - Should have a good understanding and lead the tech team with expertise in Python, ReactJS, Apache Kafka, DevOps &amp; Cloud architect. - The vision is to disrupt the traditional Insurance model in India initially as well as globally at the later stage. The idea is to build the best-in-class team in the space and drive innovation through the business model and use of technology. Work Experience : - 6-14 years (Work experience from a startup is a plus) in software development full lifecycle in Web, Mobile, AI &amp; ML. Education qualification : - B Tech from IITs/IIITs/ BITS/NITs/top rated engineering college CTC : - Salary after getting funding from the investors. We plan to start meeting investors in the very near future and expect to raise seed funding in next 2-3 months, by June/July 2019. Till then the CTO needs to manage on self-financial support basis. Equity : - 3-18% company equity depending on commitment bringing on the table. Position : 1) Co-founder cum CTO status, building team from scratch and complete freedom to lead technology aspect of startup. 2) You will get to work on an original idea and will get many thought leadership opportunities.
