Co-founder/CTO - IIT/NIT/BITS

We are currently hiring for a new age startup, actively mentored by a group of talented professionals who boast of being alumni of IIT, IIM, XLRI, Wharton.

The startup is currently in the post concept tested phase. The Co-founder CTO will be the most important person next to the CEO.

What is required of the incumbent-

- Entrepreneurial mindset. Should have the skin in the game!

- Highly motivated; Should inspire teams through his/her sheer excellence in conceptualisation, creation of world class products/solutions.

- Should NOT be a YES person

- Should be able to think concisely,clearly and if required challenge people with his/her convictions.

- Must have experience and exposure in a startup driving technical teams in creation of mobile applications.

- He/she should be a technical nerd who likes to work, create and breathe life into all stages of product creation.

- He/she should have the "fire in the belly" attitude to make an imprint on the firm and society at large.

We are looking at candidates only from IIT/NIT/BITS or any other ivy league college.

We want positive, hard working who like to retire in next couple of years and/or who are keen to venture out on their own.

NO salary.Only equity (substantial).
