Looking for someone who have been into a Entreprenurial journey (Founder or Cofounder) or have worked a business head from long time only.

3. Supply Chain Management:

- Oversee and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products or services.

- Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to maintain high product or service standards.

- Develop and enforce quality assurance processes throughout the organization.

5. Logistics and Distribution:

- Develop and manage efficient logistics and distribution channels.

- Ensure smooth coordination between production, distribution, and delivery processes.

6. Technology Integration:

- Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Evaluate and adopt new technologies that align with the company's operational needs.

7. Scaling Operations:

- Develop strategies for scaling operations as the business grows.

- Anticipate and address operational challenges associated with expansion.
