About Us - IIT Bombay Graduate developing a next-generation tech-enabled platform in a niche educational field. Aim is to create value for professionals and share knowledge in a form which today's youth appreciate.

Currently there are only 5000 qualified people in this field and India needs 200000+ today. There is a big market and in a niche field.

It is in its early days and adding more team members as co-founders to its core team. The incoming cofounder will be offered equity as compensation. S/he will have the opportunity to build the business and the team.

Job Description - Co-founder/Chief Technology Officer - Startup

- Must have experience in rolling out a lean and mean startup.

- Preference for ex-founders & tech entrepreneurs. Alternatively, must have worked in core team of a smaller startup in past.

- Edtech experience will be a valuable asset though that is not a requirement.

- Shall be at a point where he wants to try out something new and can invest time into it.

- Hands-on experience in digital initiatives, big data, mobile apps, AI & ML, analytics, and business intelligence solutions

- Open to an assignment based arrangement that eventually gets converted to an employment

- Easy to work with a person. Not unreasonably demanding or immorally opportunistic.

- Must be willing to value time and speed. Ability to move fast and get started asap is a non-negotiable requirement.

- This is an equity-only role till we get funding.
