Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (Consumer Fintech / Neobank) Who we are? We are an early-stage consumer Fintech company targeting a niche customer segment in India with a neo-banking product. We are putting together a founding team that would be comprised of a CEO, CTO, and potentially a COO. The Founder has about a decade of experience working in Tech including companies in the RegTech, Fintech, and Stock Market space. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer to come on board and own the technology and product development from the ground up and scale it as the business grows. You are an ultimate hacker who can rip apart many layers of abstractions to go to the bottom of the computing problems. You have built excellent systems and products in the past and are looking for the next great challenge to satisfy your hunger. What we would look for in the CTO? 1. You know how to have fun while balancing work and personal life. 2. You have 8-15 years of experience building products from inception to scale. 3. You have built consumer products in the Fintech, Payments, and/or Digital Commerce space impacting millions of consumers. 4. You have an uncanny ability to attract and retain strong tech talent. 5. You know what it takes to build a great tech culture and have experimented with and employed various strategies in your prior roles to establish it. What we would look for in our Co-Founder? 1. You are looking to play a long game together rather than a short/quick win. 2. You are bold and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. 3. You are highly ambitious and have a keen desire to make a large impact. 4. You have a high bar for yourself, for your Co-Founders, and your team. 5. Initially, the compensation will primarily be in the form of equity with increasing salary as we hit our business milestones and bring in institutional funding.
