Co-Founder/Chief Technological Officer - Fintech Startup

- An idea stage fintech startup launched by an experienced entrepreneur/investor that is building a category creator in corporate finance leveraging artificial intelligence, automation, and domain expertise.

- We are looking for a technology Co-Founder, CTO who can initially build the technology MVP with little support and subsequently build a team to scale up the technology solution that would be a unique blend of digital commerce, fintech, and digital services.

- The vision is to eventually build a solution that would be used by millions across the country.

You are :

- Passionate about building Must Have products and creating new categories.

- Entrepreneur looking for the next challenge or professional with a passion to become an entrepreneur.

- Someone who looks for opportunity in every problem.

- Strong desire to do something meaningful and have an impact.

- Ability to commit full time within a reasonable time.

- Someone looking for a long-term mission rather than a short adventure.

- Ability to work with low / no cash compensation for 6-9 months.

- Ability to see the big picture and re-imagine traditional business models.

- Based in Bangalore or open to moving to Bangalore.

- Software development/product management experience of 7-15 years with fast-paced technology start-ups

- Demonstrated history in building or managing B2B focused products.

- Experience with omnichannel technology infrastructure would be a big plus.

- Exposure to / understanding of fintech would be a big plus.

- Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements,

- Defining the product vision

- Building user flows and product wireframes

- Driving functional users alignment

- Production timetables

- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines.

- Assesses market competition and quickly revamp for us.

- Work with sales teams to develop product sales strategies and include product thinking.

- Understand both selling and marketing components plus have a good grasp of technologies and potential frameworks for product development.

- Ability to work part-time if you want to still keep your day job till the MVP is in an advanced stage.

Where we are :

- We have achieved initial proof of concept. We have generated significant buzz amongst beta customers. We are looking to build a strong founding team to do justice to this once in a lifetime mammoth opportunity that we are targeting.

- We have significant investor interest and plan to raise a small seed round once the core team is in place.
