Co-Founder/Chief Technical Officer - HealthTech Startup - IIT/BITS/NIT

eRemoteX - HealthTech - Co-Founder/Chief Technical Officer - Tier1 (2-7 yrs)

- eRemoteX is hiring for a bootstrapped Health-Tech company founded by alumni of IIT under the mentorship of Mr Arjun Malhotra (Co-Founder, HCL) and strong advisory board.

- Providing Tier1 quality Health-Care services to Tier2&3 cities of India.

- Now, we are looking forward to taking our complete model along with a few additional features over the online platform where patients will get Tier 1 quality healthcare at their doorstep in tier 2 & 3 cities from top 1% doctors of India.

- We are looking to expand our core team by bringing people who can help scale this business by aggressively taking the product to the market. Entrepreneurial people who have the appetite for risk and willing to play a long term game are welcome.

- We will adequately reward you with equity, we are looking forward to a 1 Tech Co-Founders with following experience and skillsets.

Co-Founder preference :

1. Good Knowledge of python and developing website & Applications on Android, IoS and WebApp.

2. A Team player with a zeal to scale.

3. Should belong to Tier-1 College.

4. Recruit, hire and lead the technology team.

5. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong bias for action.

6. Have strong Project Management skills.

Compensation :

- Compensation for Co-Founder will be in the form of pure equity for the first year. Salary once we raised funds.

- Open to the option of the Co-Founder joining me part-time initially and continuing with their existing job, which will obviously reflect in the equity that you will draw
