However till then founders are expected to work without salary and contribute funds toward building the MVP. Role &amp; Responsibilities : - Responsible for creating the omnichannel strategy and setting up the distribution channels. - Setting up the fulfillment workflows for offline and online (own and third-party) sales channels. - Participate in all other aspects of the business as and when required. - Support the CEO in the fundraising process. Skills required : - 8+ years of experience in FMCG is a mud - Experience in E-commerce and/or general trade distribution - Strategic thinker - Good interpersonal skills - Team player - High integrity Education : - MBA desirable and IIMs/IITs will be preferred. Ex-Founders and consultants from big4 with CPG experience will be preferred
