Co Founder/Chief Operating Officer - eCommerce

One of our portfolio firms in the D2C space in a design led new age brand, with a current ARR of 29Cr plus - bootstrapped and profitable - Has ambitious plans for growth and is currently raising $ 4 million - We are looking for a a Co Founder who will manage the operations and scale up this venture to reach 800 Cr in 3 years - He should have worked in E Commerce, been a part of a startup team ( if possible raised funding ) and have a IIT/IIM background with a strong focus on Technology and Operations .

The job responsibilities will covert the following:

a.Manage daily operations of the company which will cover the entire supply chain

b. Manage the order fulfillment process to ensure customer delight

c. Manage the E Commerce operations and ensure we exceed industry metrics in conversion and customer satisfaction

d. Manage the technology stack for the company and ensure that we develop and maintain a robust presence across all channels

The current founder is IIT/IIM and has over 18+ years of experience and started this venture 3 years back -
