We are looking for young, dynamic and vibrant individuals with good problem-solving skills and business acumen.

Leading a young and ambitious Partner's cluster team in running the best on-demand food

- Work with cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies. service while constantly raising standards.

- The associate will be a part of Business strategy team working with directly to CEO office, responsible for executing projects across a variety of functions.

- The candidates will get an end to end exposure to business with projects like performance enhancement, growth planning, process improvements, lean in operations, business intelligence, financial modeling, fundraising, Business process re-engineering, etc.

- We are looking for highly motivated individuals who will get hands-on experience on implementation of initiatives and providing suggestions to CEO directly and get the solutions delivered.

- Managing Social Media & Influence marketing for all brands

- Exposure to diverse projects and independent accountability of execution of project.

- Opportunity to work with the best minds in the industry

- Key advocate and facilitator of effective decision-making- both within the CEO's domain and, where relevant, across the organisation.

- Effectively communicate complex organisational issues through formulation and delivery the results

- Ensure meetings are relevant, well structured, and that preparation is both complete and correct; Assist in strengthening and setting the tone of company culture in all that you do

- Self-starter attitude and ownership of project work streams/deliverable

- Responsible for leading the growth metrics for the region and managing the P&L of the region.

- Prior experience desired (2-5 years) with food industry

- Strong excel and Power point skills

- Good interpersonal skills

Compensation: Cash compensation will be reasonable just to meet the day to day expenses plus handsome equity will be shared with selected candidate
